Amara Hotel Boardroom

For the two days of ART.Cy 2025, we are transforming the Amara Hotel Boardroom into The Collectors' Lounge, a private space that will function as a VIP hospitality room for all Exhibitors, Sponsors and holders of Professional Tickets during the ART.Cy 2025 Conference & Exhibition.

 

This provides a convenient space to relax, hold meetings, plug in and get some work done over the 2-days of the event. 

 

Amenities on offer include:

  • Private seating area with space for 30 pax

  • Running coffee & tea (available on demand)

  • Printer, wifi and phone and laptop charging station

  • Storage area for bulkier items (space is limited - please contact us)

Access is limited to professional guests, exhibitors and sponsors. Guests can also use additional seating areas in the Foyer and the Garden for meetings and rest. The Amara also has a range of cafes and restaurants available for more private meetings.
