John DEMOS

John Demos was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1944. He pursued his higher education in the United States, obtaining a B.A. in Art History and an M.F.A. in Painting and Photography from the University of Chicago. After completing his studies, Demos returned to Greece in 1968 and began his illustrious career as a photographer and educator.

 

John Demos is a celebrated figure in the world of photography, known for his profound impact on Greek photography and his contributions to international photographic communities.
