Kira Borisova
Kira Borisova studied at the Golubkina College in Moscow under the guidance of remarkable artists G.S. Volkonskaya and S.I. Volkonsky, who are representatives of the realistic school of painting. Initially, she focused on figurative and portrait painting, but over time, she gradually transitioned towards symbolism.
Her artistic transformation was greatly influenced by her spiritual journey, which began with regular meditative practices. She perceives the world as a symbol, an arena where subtle forces interact, and she strives to convey this vision through her artwork. Ideally, a painting serves as a portal to a specific emotional state—a beacon, a tunnel leading to deeper understanding and introspection.
Since 2020, Kira has had the fortune of living and working in Cyprus, a place that serves as a profound source of inspiration for her. The vibrant energy of life on the island deeply resonates with her, and she channels this essence into her paintings, sharing the beauty and vitality of existence through her art.
