PhilipAmmerman Navigator Consulting and Innovation Partners

Philip Ammerman​

An avid Greek art collector, Philip studied at Princeton University, Cornell University, Oxford University and the University of Barcelona. He specializes in investment advisory and digital innovation. Philip advises public agencies, financial institutions, enterprises and entrepreneurs on innovation, technology and growth. Philip has been involved in the technology sector since the launch of the first web browsers in 1995, and has advised institutional clients such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Institute for Innovation and Technology (EIT), the EU Research Executive Agency (REA) and a range of other public and private investment and regulatory agencies and organisations. He has implemented over 400 projects, delivering over € 7 billion in invested resources across a number of industries. Born in Athens, Philip moved to Limassol in 2016.

Nikos Anastasiou Navigator Consulting and Innovation Partners

Nikos Anastasiou

Nikos, apart from an art and culture enthusiast based in Athens, he has over three decades of experience in large-scale development and infrastructure projects across Greece, SE Europe, and the former Soviet Union. He served as the District Operations Manager for the Hellenikon Olympic Games Complex, as well as a member of the Main Operations Center of the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Nikos was a member of the Supervisory Board for the Northern Capital Gateway, which played a crucial role in the re-development of Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg. He was an Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Expo, a large-scale expo centre at the Athens International Airport, as well as the Managing Director of its subsidiary Metropolitan Events. He has also invested in and supported a number of startups and innovative entepresses, as well as technology firms. Nikos will be coordinating the involvement of artists and galleries participating from Greece.

Helene Fifre Navigator Consulting and Innovation Partners

Helene Fifre​

Helene holds an MBA in Marketing from Sorbonne University and a Master’s in Fashion, Design, and Luxury Management from the Institut Français de la Mode. She brings extensive experience in coordinating impactful events, managing advertising campaigns, and launching products. Helene will be supporting the content marketing and promotion campaigns for ART.Cy.

Aina Judyte Navigator Consulting and Innovation Partners

Aina Judyte​

A citizen of Lithuania, Aina moved to Cyprus in 2012 to pursue a career in hospitality. As an avid swimmer, hiker and freediver, Aina worked in the Cyprus hospitality sector prior to joining Navigator. She is current responsible for marketing and operations, and also supports Navigator's startups and innovations activities.

Pambos Solomonides Navigator Consulting and Innovation Partners

Pambos Solomonides​

Pambos Solomonides is a partner of Navigator Consulting Group, responsible for business development and incubation. ​He is co-founder and Managing Director of ECN Business Intelligence Ltd. He has extensive entrepreneurial experience in the tourism and professional services sectors in Cyprus and Greece, where he started two highly successful destination management companies (SportsDMC Ltd and Travelscope Ltd), as well as an innovative event management and technology supplier, EventsLab Ltd. He has managed large-scale corporate training, conferences and incentives, product launches and related projects for Emerson Process Management, HSBC, Vauxhall, OMV, Audi, Renault, the World Rally Championship and others.
